Pregnancy Follow-Up Package at Home – 5 Birth Preparation Visits

Personalized guidance in which we provide advice on pregnancy according to your needs, answer your questions, and adapt to your family.

We will actively prepare you for childbirth and postpartum in a fully personalized way at your home, so you can enjoy and experience your pregnancy as a unique journey.

The package consists of 5 sessions of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes each and includes:

• Theoretical information based on the latest pregnancy updates and guidelines

• Exercise and/or relaxation at the end of each session

• Remote support via WhatsApp or Telegram
